At La Heritage Royal, we ship our premium collections directly from our heritage warehouses in Pakistan.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Flat Rate Shipping: We charge a flat fee of $10 to $15 USD per order.

  • Processing Time: Your order will be prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

  • Estimated Delivery: International orders typically arrive within 7–15 business days.

⚠️ Important Notice: US Import Tariffs (2026 Update)

Please be advised that the United States government has recently implemented new trade policies regarding international imports. Under current US law, the previous $800 duty-free exemption (de minimis) has been suspended.

 

  • Tariffs on Delivery: All packages entering the United States from our Asian warehouses are now subject to import tariffs, regardless of the order value.

     

  • Variable Rates: The exact tariff rate is determined by US Customs and Border Protection based on the current government rates and the product's origin (Pakistan, China, or Malaysia).

  • Payment: These tariffs are not collected at checkout by La Heritage Royal. You may be required to pay these duties to the courier (e.g., DHL, FedEx, or UPS) before or upon delivery of your package.

  • Responsibility: As noted in our terms, all import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Tracking & Delivery Issues

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email within 48 hours of your order being processed.

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is 100% correct. We are not responsible for lost packages due to address errors.

  • Refused Shipments: If a shipment is refused due to the customer's choice not to pay the government-mandated tariffs, the customer remains responsible for all original and return shipping costs.
